Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Video Production/Media/Filmmaking
Salary: VND 15,000,000 – 17,000,000/month

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot videos for the company’s and clients’ media, advertising, and social media projects.
• Prepare, set up, and operate cameras, lenses, lighting, and other filming equipment during production.
• Collaborate with Content Creators, the Creative team, and relevant departments to execute concepts and ensure visual quality.
• Proactively select camera angles, composition, camera movements, and lighting appropriate for each type of content.
• Ensure all footage meets the required quality, specifications, and project timelines.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Camera Operator, Camera Person, Video Producer, or in a related Video Production position.
• Strong knowledge of composition, lighting, camera angles, and filming techniques.
• Proficient in operating cameras and other video production equipment.
• Strong visual thinking, creativity, and awareness of current trends.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively with the team.
• Experience with video editing software such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus.
